There are four cities in South Palm Beach County which contain predominantly Orthodox communities. Boca Raton and Boynton Beach each have a sizable Orthodox population of full time residents, while Delray Beach contains a few areas and West Palm Beach is comprised mostly of seasonal visitors.
BOYNTON BEACH
CHABAD OF BOYNTON
Chabad Lubavitch of Greater Boynton - Beis Menachem began many years ago, with the joint purpose of connecting with all of the Jews of Boynton Beach, and continuing to share the essence of the responsibility and love engendered by the Chabad philosophy toward every single Jew. The word “Chabad” is a Hebrew acronym for the three intellectual faculties of chochmah—wisdom, binah—comprehension and da’at—knowledge. The movement’s system of Jewish religious philosophy teaches understanding and recognition of the Creator, the role and purpose of creation, and the importance and unique mission of each creature.
They have both daily Minyanim and daily Shiurim catering to an audience on all levels of knowledge and spirituality. They are situated, in the heart of the Orthodox community in a large and quite beautiful building where they have both a men’s and a women’s mikveh on premises.
ANSHEI CHESED
Anshei Chesed Congregation was established in 2005 and opened its doors to the beautiful building it had built by and for the Boynton Beach Modern Orthodox Ashkenazic community in 2012.
Although most members are retirees or semi-retirees there also exists an active group of young families with children and Shabbos programming that aim to appeal to different age groups. Rabbi Avi Billet, a well known and extremely respected Rav as well as a certified Mohel, is the current Rabbi. They have daily Minyonim along with many special programs run by their esteemed Rabbi as well as visiting Scholars in Residence

CORONADO ESTATES
Coronado Estates offers beautiful and opulent homes for sale on Boynton Beach Boulevard between El Clair Ranch Road and Military Trail. Coronado Estates is one of the newest single family home communities in this area of Boynton Beach. This small-gated community houses only 69 luxurious homes all with lush landscaped grounds. The community contains numerous amenities such as a beautiful clubhouse, community pool, a relaxing spa, a small fitness center, Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball and a children's playground.
The homes in Coronado Estates range in size from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet and have between four to six bedrooms. 
PALM CHASE LAKES
Palm Chase Lakes is an active 55+ enclave of 350 villas and condos located along the east side of El Clair Ranch Road. The condos as well as the villas are all semi attached. Many units have lovely lake views. This beautifully landscaped, gated community, has wide open outdoor spaces with walking and biking trails. The renovated clubhouse at Palm Chase Lakes features a resort style pool, spa, fitness center, and entertainment. Other amenities include, tennis courts, billiards, a card room, library, and community activities. ROYAL LAKES
Located on the east side of El Clair Road, with a gated entrance directly across the street from the Chabad of Boynton, Royal Lakes is an often sought after community for active adults. The two and three bedroom single family homes have mostly been renovated in the past twenty years since the enclave was originally built. All detached homes feature oversized rooms, high ceilings, and spacious closets. Some properties even have their own private pools. Royal Lakes has a very low homeowners association fee that includes lawn maintenance, maintenance of all common areas, security, basic cable, and full use of all of the many community amenities.
MAJESTIC ISLES
Majestic Isles is an Oriole-built community with 450 2 or 3 bedroom homes, situated yards away from the intersection of Woolbright and and El Clair Ranch Roads. Majestic Isles is a very active yet intimate gated adult enclave. This popular community features 3 lakes that grace the subdivision's three phases of development. A stately grand boulevard provides a scenic view of the community and links a pedestrian-friendly land plan. Swaying palms, native oak trees, and native mahogany trees dot the neighborhood.

INDIAN WELLS
Indian Wells has an amazingly central location with entrances on both Jog Road and El Clair Ranch Road between Woolbright Road and Boynton Beach Blvd. So it is a one minute drive to shopping, while also being one of the closest communities to both Shuls. Indian Wells is one of the few "all age" communities in this location and is comprised of mostly 3-4 bedroom single family ranch and two-story homes that were built in the late 1980-1990's. Priced in the $400's to $600's Indian Wells also has a very low HOA.
THE CLUB AT INDIAN LAKES
Beautifully landscaped, The Club is a great active community featuring a country-club caliber tennis program. This 55+, pet-friendly community offers a newly renovated clubhouse with resort style pool & spa facilities and features seven har-tru tennis or pickleball courts, sauna, bocce, billiards, fitness center, game rooms, and a social hall. Regular entertainment and a huge variety of clubs offer lots to do. The active tennis center even has a pro on staff. WYNDSONG
Wyndsong Estates is a family-friendly community which is composed of single family estate homes ranging in size from 2,500 square feet to over 4,000 square feet of air conditioned living space. Homes have at least four bedrooms. With only fifty-five estate homes in the entire community, Wyndsong Estates is known for its high-end upgraded finishes including marble or wood flooring, stainless-steel appliances, gas ovens and stoves, granite kitchen counters, European cabinetry, marble bathrooms, Roman tubs, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and proximity to both Shuls.
Wyndsong Estates was built less than 25 years ago in response to extremely high-demand for homes in the vicinity. It was followed five years later with 47 more single-family homes in the community of Wyndsong Isle Estates just several hundred feet north of the original Wyndsong Estates.
SUN VALLEY
The Sun Valley neighborhood is best characterized by its wide, winding roads, private cul-de-sacs and lovely lakes. Located just north of Boynton Beach Boulevard and El Claire Ranch Road, here the homesites are spacious, providing ample elbow room between you and your neighbors. This quiet and friendly community is set within a lovely natural setting, laced with lakes that are ideal for canoes, paddle boats or just lakeside fishing on a sunny day.
With over 500 single-family homes, only part of the Sun Valley community is within a mile of the Shuls. This development offers five different floor plans, in either 3 and 4 bedroom layouts all with attached 2 car garages. The homes here range in size from just under 2,000 square feet under air to just over 3,000 square feet.
The Sun Valley community amenities include an olympic sized heated swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and basketball courts.
